most importantly, uscis provides a case -status online inquiry service on our website at www.uscis.gov- just click on the "case status & processing dates" link. fanally, the uscis website also includes a chart that reports current processing dates for particular applications and petitions in relation to the date the application or petition was filed . the uscis processes case in the order received.
