랜트 계약서에 들어갈 조항들인데.. 영작한거 수정 부탁합니다?

아주 골치아픈 테넨트가 들어와서 기존랜트 계약서에 leasing term 빼고는
볼게 없을정도로 내용이 없어 법적으로 별로 보호를 받지 못했습니다.
그래서 추후 새로 들어오는 테넨트부터 내용을 한두개 추가해볼까 해서 말입니다.
테넌트는 기본 렌트 및 부과금을 제날자에 지불하지 않아서 법원에 갈 경우에는 렌로드의 변호사 비용도 지불해야한다
- tenant must pay his or her landlord’s lawyer expanses if the landlord claimed and need to go to the court because of late or unpaid any payments.
(여기서 질문이 변호사비용이 lawyer expanse라는게 맞는건지.. 그리고
랜트비 및 부과금을 rent payment and any additional payments로 바꾸는게
더 확실할까요? 아니면 그냥 통합적으로 any payments로 놔둘까요?
전체적으로 문법이 맞는 문법인지요?)
리스가 끝나고 재계약이 안되는 상태에서 테넌트가 퇴거를 해야하는데에도 계속 영업을 할 경우에는 마지막 렌트비에 2배에 해당하는 렌트비를 내야한다
- even though leasing term expired, if the tenant still does their business without extending leasing term, they must pay twice as much as previous payment for the first payment after leasing term expired.
("마지막 렌트비에 2배에 해당하는 렌트비를 내야한다" 이게 번역이 쉽지 않네요

seek a real estate lawyer, or a legal assistant for a help)
do not try to make a contract with your null english, it is not worth it and can't not be either protected nor, valid by real estate law.
