I want to make sure we are clearly communicating to each other before I take further action. You say the contract is 'non-cancelable'. I had a long conversation with AAC, the company that collects contract payments on your behalf and according to them you as the business owner have the ability to cancel any agreement. I understand the language in the contract but you have the right to make an over riding decision. So my question to you is are you telling me that you are unwilling to let us out of the contract? If that's the case then I will continue with the legal process.
You also ask to meet face to face which I am happy to do but I'm not confident that meeting will be productive. You've already met with Brayden's mother and promised to change the way you treat Brayden. I've learned that shortly after your meeting, Brayden was found hiding in the corner of your class crying because you berated him in front of his friends. I am also unclear why you keep welcoming him back - as a parent I am certainly not willing to put my son back into an abusive environment. It is important to note that most of all, Brayden does not want to come back because he is scared of you.
I will ask again if you are telling me that you are not willing to let us out of the contract. If not, I will continue exploring legal action and will absolutey lodge my complaint with the appropriate authorities. If you have a creative way to help solve this problem understanding that Brayden continuing in your school is not an option, I will be happy to discuss that.

Braydon은 더 이상 그 학교(?)에 다니게 하고 싶지 않다고....
Braydon이 차별대우 받는 것 같은 abusive environment에 있게 하고 싶지 않으니까....
계약에는 "취소불능"이라고 했는데....취소불능이라고 계속 주장한다면 법적으로 대응하겠다고.....
그러니 법적 대응을 하기 전에 취소할 수 있게 해 달라고.....
대충 그런 내용 같네요....
