DEBT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM

that I am indebted to said Creditor, in the amount of $ ______________________ dollars as of
the below mentioned date. The indebted amount includes any and all legally permitted
charges such as accrued interest, up to that same below mentioned date.
I furthermore acknowledge that I have no argument with said debts which were incurred by
myself, and for which I am solely responsible. This also means that I acknowledge that
there are no defenses should said Creditor decide to use this legal form in a court of law as
a confession to judgment - where legally permissible.

[simple] 돈을 아직 빌리지 않으시고 이것에 싸인해야 돈을 꾸어 준다는데 그 돈이 꼭 필요하시면 할수 없이 싸인하고
돈은 빌려서 벌써 다 썼는데 이제와서 서류화 하느라고 이것에 싸인하라하면 자꾸 시간 끌고 핑계대고 싸인 않 하는것이 좋습니다.
왜냐하면 너무나 채권자 에게만 유리하게 써 있기 때문에요. 아마 사업을 하는데 여러사람이 함께 하는것 같은데 문제가 나면 싸인한 사람이 혼자 전적으로 책임진다고 써 있습니다.
