The National Highway Safety Council has done extensive testing on a newly designed seat belt.
전국 고속도로 안전위원회에서 새로 고안해낸 안전좌석벨트를 철저히 시험해 보았다. 

Results show that accidents can be reduced by as much as 95% when the belt is properly installed.
시험결과 이 벨트를 제대로 착용하는 한 교통사고는  95% 로 감소될 수 있다고  한다
